Q: What is WHIPS? A: WHIPS stands for White coat Pocket Series. WHIPS is a series of handy notes which fit into your white coat for you to whip out whenever you need the references!
Q: Who will benefit from WHIPS? A: Medical students and housemen who need the notes to refer to or for practicing purposes.
Q: What kind of notes are on WHIPS? A: We now have short notes on developmental milestones for paeds, rating Glasgow Coma Scale and a how-to request from radiologist (for housemen). Notes to be based on the major medical postings – pediatrics, surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics & gynaecology, psychiatry, orthopedics and emergency medicine are still being developed.
